Meet Jason Chiu – EC English Student

He is from Taiwan. He has been studying at EC New York from April 29th and will continue until October 14th. He is a student ambassador. What does he do in his country? He was working in his country but he quit his job before he came to NY. Why is he studying English? He thinks that English is one of the most important skills in his country. He needs to study English for his job.   What is the best thing about living or studying in NY? NY is one of the biggest cities in the world. It is convenient for him. There are many people from all over the world so he can easily feel different cultures here.   What does he like the best about EC? He likes his teachers, classmates and staff.   What plans does he have after he graduates here? He plans to transfer to EC Los Angeles.  After that, he plans to travel around America. Finally, he will go back to his country, Taiwan.   What does he recommend to do for students in NY? He recommends to go to Bryant Park because there are many activities and it is really near from EC. He also recommends to watch Broadway shows.
