New Year’s Resolutions are fun to make but extremely difficult to maintain! How satisfying when we manage to keep these resolutions! How disappointing when we don’t! Why oh why is it so hard for some of us to maintain? What makes us wish for something really badly and even as early as a moment, week, or sometime after we just couldn’t give a toss? What goes on in our little brains? It’s hard to keep up the enthusiasm months after you’ve swept up the confetti, but it’s not impossible. Encouragement always helps I believe. So let’s be strong, let’s think of the GREAT satisfaction we’ll get (in turn happiness because satisfaction breathes happiness) and let’s stick to our resolutions to the extent that they will become a normal everyday habit. WOW that sounds so good!
