EC Montreal is taking its students on a day trip to Ottawa this Saturday! Ottawa is the capital of Canada and one of its nicest cities. Around twenty students are looking forward to this one day excursion. Taking part in this activity is the best way to meet new students, have fun with your friends, practice English or French and, of course, visit our fabulous country! It is also a cheap and easy way for students to travel.
You can see a lot of interesting spots in just one day in Ottawa. Students are going to visit the Parliament, and then they will enjoy a walking tour of the city. They will have many opportunities to take beautiful pictures of exceptional city scenes.
Ottawa is currently hosting a winter festival called Winterlude. Students will have a chance to skate along the Rideau Canal and view the ice sculptors on display. There will be food vendors available where student to purchase beaver tails, french fries and other comforting snacks!
