Montreal will be hosting a food truck festival starting this weekend. Food truck organizers and the Quebec Street Food Organization have worked together to put on this fun event. The festival will take place from March 8 to April 27 on Fridays and Saturdays only. The location of the indoor event is the size of a football field. It will feature the best Montreal food trucks as well as a Tiki bar and a Japanese Izakaya. The venue has a liquor license so you can have cocktails as part of this event.
The venue is an old tea factory. The warehouse will have 10 food trucks offering a variety of tasty and popular Montreal foods.
As the venue is a little difficult to reach by public transportation as it is off a highway, they have arranged for a shuttle service to transport people from De la Savane metro to the event. The address is 5430 Cote de Liesse. Entrance fee is free before 8 p.m. and after 8 you will be charged $5.
