Every week, EC Montreal takes the time to meet with our departing students to get feedback from them on their experience. It is important for us to learn how well they enjoyed their overall time at EC. We use this feedback to improve our services and to create new programmes to help satisfy a need or demand. This week we met with students from Japan, Brazil, the Netherlands, and Mexico. This is what they had to say about their EC experience:
I have been in this school for six months and I have met a lot of people from everywhere. I am so grateful for that. I had awesome teachers that always try to teach me English in a lot of different ways. I liked how we had so many discussions in class and had opportunities to talk to classmates all the time. I did not speak any French when I started my courses at EC, so I have improved a lot in three months. I really liked the teachers. They were always positive and helpful. I have come to EC Montreal to study English for three weeks. At this time, I think I have improved my skills in listening, which was my problem. The structure and staff of the school are very good. The teachers are also very good and they are always helping us to achieve our goals. The homestay where I have been living is also very good, clean and they serve good food. The problem I had was I only received the address of my homestay and the online test two days before the trip to Montreal. It would have also been helpful to have more feedback on our performance during the course. – Andre from Brazil
