We are delighted to introduce you to our new academic student services coordinator; Rachel Pacione. We are confident she will make an excellent addition to the EC Montreal team given her educational background, her experience working with different cultures as well as her energy and passion! She is excited to join the team on Monday, January 20, 2020!
Here is a little something from Rachel:
As a Master’s student in Education and Society at McGill, I was drawn to the strong educational model in place at EC Montreal because of my passion for immersive language learning and intercultural education. After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from the University of British Colombia in 2012, I began my career in education as an ESL teacher in Colombia. I am an avid traveler, and have worked in various capacities in the field of education in Colombia, Brazil, China, Honduras, Costa Rica, and Peru, among other countries! In my free time, I enjoy exploring the rich cultural and gastronomic diversity of Montreal, dancing salsa and bachata, and hiking in the mountains. I am very excited to be joining the EC Montreal team as the new part time Academic Student Services Coordinator!
