Where are you from?
I’m from Porto. It is a Portuguese city, located in the northwest of Portugal. The best city in the world. You have everything: beaches, ocean, river, good food, incredible sights, culture, palaces, and very nice people.
Why are you learning English?
Because I need English for all things I love. For my work, for travel and for meeting people around the world.
What do you like most about EC?
I like very much the staff, all are very kind and helpful. The teachers are very good too and they are aware of the progress of each student. Classes are about very interesting and current topics. Super catchy!
What do you like most about living in New York City?
I love the city, I’m always discovering new things. I love the movement in the streets and the friendliness of the people. But what I like most is to lose myself and discover new places, here there is always plenty to see and to do.
Where is your favorite place in New York City?
My favorite places in NY are Top of the Rock, Central Park, and Brooklyn Bridge.

What is your favorite food?
Shrimp and clams! But if chocolate were a food, I would only eat chocolate. I love chocolate.
Do you have any hidden talents/skills?
I dance and I create clothes.
What languages do you speak?
Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
Anything else?
My lifetime sentence: “It’s not how good you are, it’s how good you want to be.” Also, I love traveling and my mom is my idol.
