Thabet is a student in Saudi Arabia, where he studies programming. He wanted to study English because all the texts in his programming classes are written in English. In order to become more proficient in his major and his future job, he needs to be able to read in English and improve it overall. This is what brought him to New York. He loves New York because it’s one of the biggest cities in the world. There are many communities and groups that help him if he needs some help. There are many things to do here and there are many people from all over the world. He can get to know many people from all over the world here. He can also feel different cultures and know different accents. They are interesting for him.
