“Barracks Lane Community Garden & Cowley Time Bank present: Outdoor Cooking & Community Cookbook
Saturday 29th June, Noon to 4pm
Learn how to cook flavour some vegetarian food outdoors – from African & Caribbean inspired dishes to South Asian dal roti and fresh Italian pasta from scratch.
Share cooking tips with Cowley Time Bank members. Bring along a copy of your favourite family recipe for our community cookbook!
There will be a display at the garden on the day and a compilation of East Oxford’s favourite recipes available online after the event. To celebrate their third birthday, Community Glue will also be hosting a falafel and flatbread barbeque.
This will be ‘Food for Thought’ – delicious food in return for your ideas on how we should develop health and social care services locally. See: www.communityglue.org.uk
