Pacific Beach is a neighborhood of San Diego. While largely populated by young people, surfers and college students, the population is becoming older and more professional because of rising property and rental costs. A lot of young people in their twenties are living the California Dream.
Pacific Beach, also known as P.B. to the local residents has a boardwalk that offers different things like shops and bars. The boardwalk is a pedestrian walkway that runs about 3.2 miles along the beach from the end of Law Street in the north down into Mission Beach ending at Mission Bay in the south. The atmosphere in Pacific Beach is very lively and always seems like there is a party going on along the beach or the boardwalk. It is a fascinating exhibition of contemporary style and beach culture.
