La Jolla also kicks off the holiday season this upcoming weekend with the festive La Jolla Christmas Parade on Sunday, December 3rd, 2017 at 1:30 pm. The parade will take place on Girard avenue and features a Kids Zone with pony rides and inflatables, a candy cane lane, face paintings by clowns, amusement artists, stage entertainment, Studio K Dancers, a Mariachi band, the La Jolla Taiko Drums, the La Jolla Elementary Choir, Community Christmas tree lighting and photos with Santa. The event is free admission to the public and the festivities wrap up at 4:30 pm. Come join the spirited holiday festivities with tourists and locals alike!
