Sharing is caring!

Vibrant, diverse, dynamic and cosmopolitan: that’s Toronto in a nutshell. Ontario’s capital has been described in the past as “a young person’s ultimate playground”, and even at a glance, it’s not hard to see why. From its exciting lifestyle to the endless dining (and dating!) possibilities, Toronto ranks as one of the most livable cities not just in Canada, but in the world – especially for students and academics.

So, if you’re an EC student and want to study English in Toronto, we have some great news! Our Canadian University Pathways Department is pleased to offer 14-week courses at York University in Toronto – and, if you make a booking of 24+ weeks, it’s entirely free of charge.

It reflects the best of life in Toronto by embracing diversity and enveloping newcomers in a supportive and welcoming environment. York offers various research-intensive programmed, combining learning opportunities across wide-ranging disciplines while encouraging students to broaden their thinking, skills and interests.

With over 300 clubs and organisations, York also has a vibrant social scene to help students develop soft skills necessary for a successful career in the future.

An added bonus is that the campus is only 15 minutes by bus from EC!
