Do you know that today is Anti-Bullying Day also known as Pink Shirt Day? It’s celebrated on various dates around the world, originating in Canada but it’s most commonly known in North America. It takes place on the last Wednesday of February.
Bullying, the use of force or threat to intimidate or impose domination over others, and is a major problem in schools, workplaces, homes and over the internet. Anti-Bullying day raises awareness on these issues and links us to information needed to stand up against bullies and step in when we see it happening.
