EC Washington Students attend DC United Soccer Game

EC Washington Students Cheer In The Stands

Say ‘hello’ everyone!

At EC Washington Language Centre, we believe that practicing English outside of the classroom is just as essential to learning as practicing English inside the classroom. And what better way to learn than while having fun with your friends and classmates at a DC United Soccer Match? This past Saturday, a group of EC students and staff met outside the famous RFK Stadium and sat together as we cheered for D.C.’s local team, DC United, in their match against Orlando City (whose star is the famous Brazilian player, Kaka). DC United put up an awesome fight against their adversary, and although in the end Orlando was victorious, scoring two goals against DC’s one, everyone had a fantastic time watching the game from our excellent seats, just five rows away from the sidelines. The final game of the season is only a little more than one month away, and EC Washington will auction off two tickets, and donate all proceeds to Hurricane Irma relief. Thanks to everyone for coming out, and bringing your enthusiasm!
