English School

Ovingdean Hall

Set in beautiful grounds, surrounded by green English countryside and sea views, Ovingdean Hall is a historic building with very modern facilities. Lessons and accommodation are all on this large, 22 acre campus that has plenty of space for students to enjoy, a swimming pool, lounges and a cafe.

English Course

General English  – 20 lessons (15 hours) per week. The course will help improve English language skills by focusing on the key areas: speaking, listening, reading and writing. A strong focus is placed on speech and using the language confidently and fluently.

Lessons are engaging and designed especially for young learners. Teachers aim to satisfy any interest, with a focus on communication to boost students' confidence when using English in practical situations. Regular tests and conversation classes help to ensure that students improve their English as much as possible.

Our dedicated and professional teaching staff provide feedback and support and help students build confidence to speak English.

Ovingdean is a historical campus building minutes away from central Brighton. Facilities also include a lounge, swimming pool, cafe, plus lots of green areas for students to stretch out in.

Breakfast

A selection of cereals, croissants, rolls, preserves, yoghurt, fruit, tea & coffee, fruit juice.

Lunch

Choice of one or two hot dishes (including a vegetarian option), salad, bread roll, yoghurt or fruit dessert. Carton of juice or water. Packed lunch will be provided on Saturday and Sunday, and on full-day trips.

Dinner

Choice of one or two hot dishes (including a vegetarian option), mixed salad, bread roll, dessert, yoghurt, carton of juice or water.
