English School

Shoreditch Campus

Located in East London, our Shoreditch campus is a great place to learn English. Large, with modern facilities and social areas, the school provides the perfect focused setting where students can improve their English, make new friends, and have an allround amazing experience in one of the world's best cities. The learning centre is 4 minutes on foot away from the student accommodation.

English Course

General English – 20 lessons (15 hours) per week. The course will help improve English language skills by focusing on the key areas: speaking, listening, reading and writing. A strong focus is placed on speech and using the language confidently and fluently.

Lessons are engaging and designed especially for young learners. Teachers aim to satisfy any interest, with a focus on communication to boost students' confidence when using English in practical situations. Regular tests and conversation classes help to ensure that students improve their English as much as possible.

Our dedicated and professional teaching staff provide feedback and support and help students build confidence to speak English.

Accommodation

Shoreditch Campus

Students on our Campus English programme stay at Will Wyatt Court, located between arty East London and the cultural highlights of the West End. This purpose built, quality student accommodation is situated close to Old Street tube station in zone 1, and is only a 4-minute walk to school. The accommodation has all the facilities students may need with communal areas to meet friends.

English Plus

Exclusive to our UK centres, EC’s Plus Programmes allow students to enjoy an even more personalised experience, learning English while pursuing other interesting skills and activities.

Football

Aimed at players of any level, this option gives students a chance to broaden their knowledge of English and develop football skills. Students are coached by Football Association Coaches and this is a wonderful opportunity to practise, increase fluency and gain confidence!
