In The News: Happy Diwali

For Hindus, Diwali is one _1_ the most important festivals of the year and is celebrated in families _2_ performing traditional activities together in their homes. It is celebrated by people in India and Indians living abroad. Diwali popularly known as the 'festival of lights', is a five day festival which starts November 13 _4_ 2012. It is called the 'festival of lights' because houses, shops and public places are decorated with small earthenware oil lamps called diyas.
