What a first day. I arrived bright and early, ready for anything. I saw the madness of the teachers' room at 8:45. I learnt everybody's names, then I forgot them again. Then I met the students, then the reception team, then the people in the cafe. In the morning I had been nervous, by lunchtime I was running around like a madman, at the end of the day I was exhausted. I felt like I'd been there for a month, and yet the day had passed so quickly I couldn't remember if I'd eaten anything!

EC London has started offering 4-week Intensive Electives to cater for a variety of student needs. Elementary and Pre-Intermediate students can follow a "Survival English" course, focusing on speaking, listening and pronunciation in everyday situations. Students of Intermediate level and above can choose from one of the following options: Grammar Revealed!

internationally recognised PADI qualification. This course gives
students the chance to experience scuba diving in some of the most
impressives sites of the Mediterranean.

The school is a modern and friendly place to study, situated in a purpose built English centre. The EC Café serves a variety of drinks and meals and also has a large, cinema screen. The study room provides a quiet spot for self-study.
