EC was nominated in The LTM Star Chain Language School category and The LTM Star Innovation for the Explore China programme in The Language Travel Magazine Star Awards for International Education.
For the first category there were 4 nominees for this position with two in a tie position bringing the final number to 5. This place is open to language school chains (English and other languages) with 5 or more language schools. In turn, in the second category there were 4 nominees for this position.
EC was a contender for three categories out of a total of 18, including ‘LTM Star New Agency (less than three years old as of 31st Dec 2006)’ that EC also sponsored.
“The LTM Star Awards are voted for by you and your industry peers and reflect excellence in business performance”, is how The Language Travel Magazine describes the awards, therefore being nominated for two awards against stiff competition is very rewarding and satisfying for EC. Voters had two months to vote for their preferred choice of candidates.
The 2007 LTM Star Awards will take place during ALPHE UK, on Saturday, 1st September 2007, followed by a gala dinner and dancing and will be attended by over 500 of the world’s top agents and educators.
