Recently, Minna Ha, our homestay coordinator, visited our friends at EC Toronto. The three largest populations at EC Toronto are Korean, Japanese, and Brazilian, which is very different from EC Boston. EC Toronto has around 500 students. When students graduate, students have a tradition of bringing in flags for other students and teachers to sign.
The weather in Canada was very tumultuous! The weather changed very quickly going from very nice weather to thunderstorms. It was a lot different than Boston. In Toronto, Minna had a great local food called poutine. Poutine is french fries with cheese curds and gravy. Yum!
