Students at EC Boston come to study with us for 1 week, 1 month or sometimes even a year or more! These students work very hard to learn English, adapt to American customs and often to progress toward a bachelor’s or master’s degree with a university here in the U.S. We send off a new batch of graduated students each week, so every Friday we hold a graduation ceremony and give certificates and special recognition to each student.
One of the newest additions to our graduation ceremonies is the tradition of singing a graduation song for our departing students. Around 5 months ago, our Academic Year coordinator, James, and our Academic Director, Stella, got together to start up a graduation choir. Now, we sing multiple songs, and have practices to learn new ones every month. If you have any suggestions for new songs we could sing, please list them below and we’ll see what we can do…
Our graduation takes place in room 612/613 and everyone is welcome to join! Look out for our special Star Students, who have made remarkable progress at EC.
