Calling all cooks! Do you think your country has the best food in the world? Well then, it’s time to make a stand and represent your nation’s culinary delights! EC Malta is hosting a ‘Fusion’ Pasta Party and Competition.
The rules are simple: You and some friends of the same nationality work together to create a pasta dish using spices, ingredients and condiments from your home country.
Your effort will be judged by other students and a prize for the best tasting dish will be given, so be creative! There will also be a prize for the person who can identify the most ingredients used in a dish.
