Nikolai Bako is a student from Germany participating in EC Montreal’s General English programme. Nikolai began his journey at EC on October 12, 2019. He has made a lot of progress during his stay. He was initially placed in our pre-advanced level and is now making great strides in our advanced class. Sadly, this is his last week at EC. Here is what he wanted to share with everyone about his EC experience:
I have learned a lot here. Before I came here, honestly, I didn’t like to speak English that much. But here, in Montreal, I have improved my language skills a lot. Olga and Shayan are the best teachers. I also made a lot of new friendships here from all over the world. I am so thankful about that. Now, I can communicate with them all over the world in English. The very best EC Montreal activity for me was the Karaoke evening with the new activity leader, Terry. It was so much fun! Of course, I will recommend EC Montreal to a friend. It is a unique experience in your life that you will never forget!
