We had another international potluck this past Friday. It was hosted by the student ambassadors. This one wasn’t as popular as last month’s, but we still had fun! There was a good assortment of food from a few different places around the world, and some pizza from Bertucci’s! Yuchen made an assortment of Chinese food. Abdullah made an Arabic dessert dish. Saeed, one of our student ambassadors, made a dish with chicken and rice.
My favorite was the Arabic dessert. I brought it home to my housemates and we all enjoyed the leftovers! We would like to plan another potluck for the month of July. All students are encouraged to participate next time and eat and learn about foods from other cultures.
