On Wednesday 8 August, EC celebrated National Women’s Day (9 August) by giving all the women at school a beautiful pink rose. We also sold balls of wool which will be donated to a local NGO “Turning Point”
“Turning Point” is a registered NGO that helps disadvantaged women to empower themselves. Women knit items of clothing to sell affording them the possibility to support and provide for themselves and their children.
