Family: I come from a family of 2, and have an older brother who’s currently studying languages after having spent the last 9 months in Cork.
My mother works in the healthcare system, the same as my father but they work in different fields. My dad is on the front line as a doctor while my mum coordinates from the office and she also works in the field of law.
Studies and future plans: I am going to attend Scienze delle Comunicazioni in Italy since I would like to become an graphic designer in an English-speaking country.
Favourite food: Trofie with Genovese Pesto
Favourite place in London: Shoreditch, the only area which combines the cryptical beauty of graffiti with the Vintage vibe.
What is your favourite serie? I am a huge fan of The big bang theory, I’ve been binge-watching the series since discovering it completely by accident. Orange is the new black is in my top 5 too, I love how it depicts the nightmarish experience of prison with objectivity but still a spark of sarcasm here and there.
What is your first impression of London? I thought I stepped into a parallel universe where life was two times faster but I also got overwhelmed by this everyone-can-be-whatever-they-want feeling.
Why did you choose London? I wanted to challenge myself, I wanted to see whether I was able to survive in a world which is the opposite of the one I come from. I wanted to see if what had been my dream for 5 years would remain so or not.
