“IT ALWAYS SEEMS IMPOSSIBLE UNTIL IT IS DONE” (Nelson Mandela)
This quote reminds me about what happened to me this year, a few months ago. I was studying to get two very important international certificates: Project Management Professional which involves sitting for an exam of 4 hours and a large amount of information to learn, and the other is Certificate in Supply Chain Management, which is composed of 4 big topics and 4 exams each 2 hours long. My friends and colleagues told me that it was impossible to get those two certifications in just one month; actually, in my mind I thought the same. I just wanted to get the minimum score to pass. I did my best to get a good score. So, when I received my score I was astounded. I had got high score in each exam. This is for me a good example of Mandela’s quotation.

“I LEARNED THAT COURAGE WAS NOT THE ABSENCE OF FEAR, BUT TRIUMPH OVER IT. THE BRAVE MAN IS NOT HE WHO DOES NOT FEEL AFRAID, BUT HE WHO CONQUER THAT FEAR”
I think that the quotation is totally truth, all people feel afraid in many situations, but it does not mean that they are cowards. The difficult situations must inspire people for doing something by themselves and transform the fear into courage. For example, the child that feels afraid of being in a new school, because he thinks that is not possible to get new friends. When he conquers the fear and talks with the other children, he will feel comfortable with himself again and he will get new friends faster that he had thought. But if he only feels afraid and doesn’t change his situation, the fear would become worse and he won’t be comfortable with himself anymore.
