Sergio Nossa is a student from Colombia participating in EC Montreal’s Bilingual Intensive programme which consists of thirty lessons of instruction per week. He began his language journey at EC Montreal on November 30, 2019. He began in our French beginner class and has moved up to our elementary class in a short while. During his afternoon electives, Sergio has been participating in our IELTS preparation classes. EC Montreal offers the preparation class teaching the four sections of the test; reading and writing and listening and speaking. Sadly, this is Sergio’s last week at EC Montreal. Here is what he had to say about his EC experience:
I chose Montreal because I have never been in Canada and I wanted to learn more about the culture and also improve my English as well to learn French. I have learned and improved a lot in both languages. My favorite EC Montreal activity was the trip to Niagara Falls. It was really magical and beautiful. The EC school has really good facilities and staff. The teachers are really good and close to the students. Regarding my accommodation, it was the best! I spent two months with my host mom and I shared experiences and knowledge with her. I felt really good in my homestay. I will recommend EC Montreal to my Colombian friends. I will always remember every single part of this experience, Montreal, my friends and of course, EC will remain in my heart and thoughts forever.
