We are normally learning English at EC Brighton, however last Wednesday our student Ambassadors taught us how to make delicious Sushi and Gimbap.
They explained all the skills and techniques in order to be able to make fantastic Sushi and Gimbap, with emphasis on hands-on training.
The many differ Sushi we created during the class were authentic, eccentric and yummy!
