Brighton Fringe Festival

The Brighton Festival is an annual celebration of music, theatre, dance, film, circus ,art, literature, debate, and outdoor family events taking place in venues both familiar and unusual in Brighton and hove for 3 weeks across May. Established in 1967 the Brighton festival has become one of  the city’s most enduring symbols of inventiveness and celebration over the past half a century.

Now one of Europe’s leading art festivals, Brighton Fringe is known for its ambitious and daring programme which aims to make the most of the city’s distinctive cultural atmosphere and has featured the likes of Anthony Hopkins, Laurence Olivier and Yehudi Menuhin.  The 50th Brighton festival which take’s place form the 7-29 may will feature a wide range of international, national and local artists. There is so much to do, see, eat and drink.There is something for everyone and free activity’s everyday across Brighton, its the perfect way to keep entertained and unwind after a day of school or work, with friends, family or even on your own. 🙂
