St Giles’ Fair

Every year St Giles’ Fair is held in St Giles’, a street in the centre of Oxford which is named after Saint Giles. He was a hermit who became popular in the 7th century.  St Giles’ Fair is a great tradition in Oxford. You can experience all the traditional fun fair rides and amusements like helter skelter, carousels, dodgems and waltzers. This year the fair will be held on Monday 9 and Tuesday 10 September.
