This week’s American slang phrase is….
“Back in the day”
Definition: Many years ago’ a long time ago
Used in a sentence: “Back in the day we didn’t have iPhones! We just had those old flip phones.”
Many people use this phrase when talking about their childhood, or something from a few years back.
