Take a look at this paragraph. Can you read what it says? All the letters have been jumbled (mixed). Only the first and last letter of ecah word is in the right place:

I couldn't believe that I could actually understand what I was reading. Using the incredible power of the human mind, according to research at Cambridge University, it doesn't matter in what order the letters in a word are, the only important thing is that the first and last letter be in the right place. The rest can be total mess and you can still read it without a problem. This is because the human mind does not read every letter by itself, but the word as a whole. Amazing, huh? Yeah and I always thought spelling was important! See if your friends can read this too.

Using is not at rule define above as per rule define above first and last latter is on right place but for using it is used "ugnis" but in that U and G must be on its right place like it could be "unisg" etc.

Correct, language is to understand.

language is to understand and not for grammar. Being too much error in grammar also we understand what the writer is trying to say.

i have read out the paragraph and i am happy that i could write the paragraph but i think that one or two word which i have not corrected well can you mark that and alse give the right words which are actually needed because i could not do.
