Working in an office means that you spend most of your time in a _1_ position, sitting at desks all day. The sad truth is that most of us are not getting enough exercise. On top of this, we are working increasingly stressful jobs and working long hours too. Ironically, exercise is the best way to _2_ the stress that we get from working too long. How can we fit exercise into our busy lives?
Busy lives mean that we don't have the time to take the exercise we need, or even find the time to cook some healthy food. Although fast-food is _3_ for busy people like us, it usually doesn't have the nutritional value that humans need to stay healthy and to keep our _4_ in good shape. A bad diet will lead to tiredness, increased sickness and, of course, weight gain. On the other hand, a balanced diet will keep you feeling strong, energetic and it will make you more _5_ in work. So what can we do? Are you worried about your diet and the amount of exercise you take? What is your advice to people wanting to lead a healthier lifestyle?
a - convenient: easy and the least difficult option.
b - relieve: to make an unpleasant feeling less strong.
c - immune system: the cells and tissues in the body which make it able to protect itself against infection.
d - productive: resulting in or providing a large amount or supply of something.
e - sedentary: involving little exercise or physical activity.
Which of the words (a,b,c, d, e) go in the spaces in the text (1, 2, 3, 4, 5)?

Healthy life
I found this article very informative and
urgent. I also work in an office and that ideas have already crossed my mind. I am doing a course of belly dance on Tuesdays and Thursdays after work. I'm sure this a little bit compensate my forced sedentary live. I also cook my lunch at home and bring it with me at work. I try to eat a great deal of vegetables and crops. I decided to cut down on unhealthy products such as chocolate bars, colas, fast food and so on. I opened my doors to freshly squeezed juices, vegetables and fruits. I drink herbal tea and still water.
Thank you, Chris, for this interesting article.

Healthy life
First, I like jogging in the morning. Of course it is not a very big exercise, but it helps to keep in fit.
Second, I never eat fast food, it is easy because I don't really like it.
Third, I try to have walks in the park on weekends with my children.
Fourth, I try not to be stressed too much with my job. I rarely work long hours.
And last, but not the least. I never watch TV, it saves a lot of time. I have some time for reading and for doing English exercises.
I think that there are lots of things that might be shorten easily, to save some time for conversation with the family. Good relationships in the family are very crucial for happy (and healthy) life.
Have a nice day!
Health and wealth
It's Sunday today and I'm at work. There are some urgent tasks here which I must finish. Right now I'm eating a chocolate bar Snickers (sorry for ad
) and drinking coffee. I know it's very unhealthy but it's a compomise between me and my targers. Sometimes we need to sacrifice "health" and free time.
But it's wrong to think that I don't care about my health. I like fitness, open air activities like diving, painball, walking with my family. I don't smoke and try to eat healthy food like fruits and vegetables. And of course I try to get enough rest and sleep. But it's very difficult when you live in the big city
And at the end of my post I would like to return to the subject of my post. I agree that good health is above wealth. But when you are young you don't care about your health properly. Thoughts about health cross you minds when you become older.
