RE: did go
It would be unusual to use 'did do' unless you were putting emphasis on 'go' by using 'did'. It would better to simply use 'went' instead of did 'go' i.e "who went with you to the party?."
As you can see by the other sentences the auxilary verb is followed by a pronoun e.g "did + you".
