After a busy day at work or at school it's hard to motivate yourself to sit down and learn English. Motivation is an important key to English success. So what can you do to keep up your motivation? Take an English test. Decide to take an exam, such as, TOEFL, IELTS or a Cambridge ESOL. Studying to take a test will give you a goal to work towards. Without a goal, it's hard to get serious about learning English. Once you have decided which exam you want to take, and when, prepare a work schedule. You need to fix a timetable of how long and how often you will study English. Make sure you tell your family and friends that you're studying for a test so that they will encourage you and help keep you motivated.

To have motivation
Thank you for the tiptop advice, but I don't think that exam is a good motivation for me. Maybe that's why it is difficult for me to learn English.
You are quite right without goal, it's hard to get excellent results.I will think about your recommendations. Thanks

I completely agree that motivation is very important but I can't understand how I can prepare for the test if I don't have an opportunity to go and learn English in EC schools? I'd like but I can't, that's why I'm very thanksful to our Chris McCurthy and other teachers for their free lessons in this site
