especially vs specially

Would you please tell me whether the second sentences are OK ,if yes, do the both sentences mean the same thing?

1- My mother baked the cake specially for me.
2- My mother baked the cake especially for me.

1- The food was specially formulated for dog.
2- The food was especially formulated for dog.

I am not really sure of the difference between specially and especially. I am a native English speaker and all these sentences sound right to me. The only problem I see is that you would need to change "dog" to "dogs" in the last 2 sentences.
