HELLO

WHY IT IS HIS CAR 'WAS STOLLEN' FROM OUTSIDE HIS OFFICE?,WHY NOT HIS CAR 'HAS STOLLEN'?

REPLY PLEASE
THANK YOU

Hello, gnbhat

The car was stolen, because someone has stolen it (it is a very bad situation).
The car cannot steal anything.

This is a passive form of the verb.

I water flower. Flowers are watered by me.
Thief stole the car. The car was stolen by thief.

Hope it helps. Have a nice day!
