Do you have a healthy life?

Working in an office means that you spend most of your time in a _1_ position, sitting at desks all day. The sad truth is that most of us are not getting enough exercise. On top of this, we are working increasingly stressful jobs and working long hours too. Ironically, exercise is the best way to _2_ the stress that we get from working too long. How can we fit exercise into our busy lives?

Busy lives mean that we don't have the time to take the exercise we need, or even find the time to cook some healthy food.
