somebody told me that it is not appropriate to use the word "inconveniency" but when I checked in the internet there are many people who use this word in their sentence or paragragh. Any help?
like in the case of this sentence:
"Also, please take note that you have to inform me beforehand if you want to use/reserve the two (2) conference rooms to avoid any inconveniency to all."
