Study and Work in Dublin

Study English for 6 months in Dublin and work for 2 months. 

Non-EEA students can apply for an eight-month visa to study and work in Dublin. In order to qualify for this visa, you must enrol on an English language course for a minimum 6 months in duration with minimum 15 hours of class per week. This visa allows students to remain in Ireland on completion of the course for an additional 2 months.

Meeting with the Coordinator
Once you arrive at EC Dublin, you will meet your co-ordinator to prepare for your placement. The first meeting with the co-ordinator is scheduled at least four weeks before placement.

Previous Work Experience
You do not need to have previous work experience, but professional interests and experience will be taken into consideration.

Placements Locations
All our partner companies are easy to reach via public transportation.

Guaranteed Placement
EC guarantees your placement. If you are not accepted by your initial host organisation, you may be introduced to another host company. In extreme cases only, where a host company cannot be accommodated, you may convert the placement into a course, or receive a refund of the placement fee.
