Average: 1.6 (203 votes)

Quite a few of our schools are located near beaches, so you may find this vocabulary very useful! Read this short text about my recent trip to the beach and try to complete the gaps with the correct vocabulary. How many of you are studying near a beach? What is your favourite beach? There is a town in Spain called 'Nerja' and they have the most beautiful beach, I wish I could go there for a few days now. Enjoy!

At the Doctors

Average: 1.8 (205 votes)

Here's an example of a real conversation at the doctors. Read through the exchange between the two people and try to re-order the letters of the underlined words to find the correct word! It is very important to learn some medical vocabulary, so that you are able to visit the doctor and understand their advice if there is a problem. Remember you can always take an English speaker with you if you are really nervous.
